FAST & RELIABLE SHIPPING

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse for faster and more reliable delivery.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations, including Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Standard shipping (2–7 business days) — $7.00

Free standard shipping on orders over $200

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard shipping (7–14 business days) — $9.00

Express shipping (3–5 business days) — $25.00

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carriers.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in transit.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other reliable delivery providers depending on your location.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@andrwood.com.

We will assist you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the package and product.

This allows us to review the issue quickly and provide the best solution.
